Product Owner - Technology R&D Technology Raynham, MA

The Purpose

The Technology Product Owner guides cross-functional teams in the successful creation of product applications built for our Apollo surgical platform. This role owns the product value roadmap and development priorities, ensuring alignment between market needs, clinical requirements, regulatory milestones, and engineering execution. Working closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Quality & Regulatory, the Product Owner ensures the right product is delivered at the right time.

The key responsibilities of the Technology Product Owner are to:

Define and maintain product roadmap and feature backlog. Translate customer, clinical, and business needs into product requirements and traceable User Stories with acceptance criteria. Prioritize development work in line with regulatory and commercial objectives. Lead sprint backlog prioritization with Technical Project Manager. Ensure alignment of development milestones with regulatory submission plans. Coordinate post-market feedback integration for commercial products. Own product-level cross-functional decision making (trade-offs, scope, timing). Represent product progress and risks to executive leadership. Partner with other Product Owners and Systems Engineering to ensure system-level coherence. Support risk management, design reviews, and technical investigations.
