We are currently recruiting a Data Manager to assist in the design and delivery of the organisation's data architecture and data governance foundations as part of the wider Operating Model Programme, based at our Head Office in South Normanton, Derbyshire on a 12 Month fixed term contract. Working closely within a small core project team, you will lead the development of the programme's data improvement layer, establishing the standards, structures, policies and data management practices that support and connect all workstreams within the operating model redesign. This role is accountable for ensuring that data-related decisions made across the programme are aligned, consistent and technically robust and will provide expert guidance on data governance, data quality, data ownership, master data management and information architecture, ensuring that solutions are designed with long-term sustainability in mind beyond the life of the project.
