Position Summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive high-priority execution work across our hardware Product Development organization. Working across Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Operations, you will bring clarity to milestones, decisions, and responsibilities, helping teams resolve gaps between functions and accelerate deployment. You'll join a small, centralized TPM team that owns program infrastructure across Antora's current- and next-generation module programs.

You will own thermal battery module engineering and hardware programs ranging from clearly-bounded workstreams to more complex, cross-functional initiatives, partnering with other TPMs and functional leaders as needed. This role requires initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority across functions
