Systems Administrator (NMAC)

INNOVIM is seeking a NMAC Systems Administrator to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III (NISSC 3).

Description of Duties:

The NMAC Systems Administrator supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC 3). The candidate will:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, peripheral, and networking problems in stressful situations. • Explain technical concepts to inexperienced users. • Optimize, fine-tune, and monitor operating system software and hardware. • Install and configure software and hardware. • Create Incident Reports on system issues and performing system data collection. • Perform and provide server, workstation, and application expertise to government, civilian and contractor users. • Provide support to other work centers and test community. • Travel to off-site location with the supported community user. • Escort and provide support to engineers and maintenance personnel. • Coordinate with other…
