The Opportunity

• Build for scale: Design and implement scalable, flexible features that power Zuora's next-generation onboarding platform. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with senior engineers and architects to deliver a high-impact product roadmap. • Deliver quality and performance: Develop robust APIs, background services, and data pipelines that are both efficient and developer-friendly. • Innovate continuously: Contribute to system designs and technical discussions that improve performance, reliability, and developer experience. • Solve complex onboarding challenges: Build intelligent agents to streamline and resolve complex customer onboarding workflows.

Location & Work Arrangements

This role is based in our Foster City, CA office and follows a hybrid work model. Team members are expected to work onsite three days per week to foster collaboration, innovation, and team connectivity.
