We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own a core product area from strategy through outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on hands-on product work, with a path to build and lead a team as the area grows. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Principal Product Manager will operate with significant autonomy, serving as a senior technical leader across product, engineering, and design.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set the strategy and roadmap for your assigned product area, with a clear point of view on where it's headed and how it ties back to the business. • Lead hands-on product work including discovery, specifications, and product decision-making. • Deliver on committed deadlines, working closely with engineering to maintain quality standards. • Instrument shipped products, track metrics, and own post-launch results. • Translate customer insights into product decisions, applying sound judgment on prioritization and execution. • Maintain an intuitive user experience in close partnership with design. • Own post-launch product outcomes, including go-to-market narrative and enablement materials for Sales,…
