Target Range:

$26.00/Hr. - $33.66/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a Business Analyst to help increase our capacity to support the business. In this role, you'll support process improvements by gathering requirements, documenting and updating processes, and helping prepare materials for recurring business communications. You'll also support the team's broader operating model, including reporting and meeting content for business leaders. You'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners while building your skills in core business support methods, giving you the opportunity to grow your career supporting business operations.
