Principal Product Manager (AI Strategy & Execution)

Merge medical imaging solutions, offered by Merative, combine intelligent, scalable imaging workflow tools with deep and broad expertise to help healthcare organizations improve their confidence in patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.

Merge is one of the most widely deployed medical imaging platforms in the world. Radiologists and cardiologists rely on us to store, move, and read imaging studies across enterprise health systems, teleradiology reading centers, and community hospitals. We are focused on putting AI governed intelligence directly into the reading experience. This is a rare chance to shape how AI reaches the point of care at real scale.

The opportunity

The market does not want more point tools; it wants one place where intelligence is governed and lives in the workflow. You will set where AI shows up across the portfolio and why, then carry the highest-leverage capabilities all the way to clinicians in production. You will partner closely with engineering, design, clinical advisors, and our partner ecosystem — and you will report directly to the VP, Product.

This is a builder’s role, not a slideware role. We are looking for a product leader who can hold a multi-year AI strategy in one hand and ship a governed model into the reading room with the other.
