Senior Data Analyst

Salary: £52,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Power BI or other visualisation tools • SQL, Snowflake, and use of databases • Knowledge of data management tools and ability to handle large datasets • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret business information sensibly to ensure accurate and consistent information is always provided • Ability to influence opinion to achieve desired outcomes • Ability to make sound judgments under pressure • Ability to manage change and apply change management principles • Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines • Solid understanding of insurance terminology across all lines of business • Strong risk management capabilities, including monitoring of operational controls • Highly numerate with accuracy and attention to detail • Good report writing and interpersonal skills • CII Qualification (desirable)
