Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst. • Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques. • Experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Experience refining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. • Knowledge of SQL and/or data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. • Previous experience within FMCG would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define clear requirements. • Produce requirements documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Support the delivery and refinement of business systems and technology solutions. • Help ensure our ERP system remains effective and aligned with business requirements. • Support projects from definition through to delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. • Work closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers where required.
