IT Systems Manager

Salary: £30,800 - 69,300 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, IT support, network engineering, or IT systems management. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID. • Experience with Active Directory, user management, permissions, and identity and access management. • Experience with CRM systems, databases, SQL, and data management, including cleaning, organizing, and migrating large or complex datasets. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network security, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery. • Experience with LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches. • Strong troubleshooting and first-line IT support capabilities. • Strong knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to apply AI to improve business processes. • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work independently, and take ownership of IT systems and projects. • A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding technology-based solutions. • Experience with VoIP, SIP, telephony, or call-centre systems is highly desirable. • Experience integrating CRM, telephony, and other business systems is advantageous. • Experience with AI automation, APIs, AI agents, or integrating AI into business systems is highly desirable. • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams would…
