Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Business Intelligence to translate enterprise BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and scale trusted, data-driven decision-making across our global organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Intelligence, this leader will work directly with business stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR to align data definitions and build key measurements (KPIs) that inform strategic decisions.
