This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognised digital and media organisation undergoing significant investment in its data platform and analytics capabilities. You'll play a key role in shaping data architecture across the business, influencing how data products are designed, governed and delivered while helping prepare the organisation for future AI initiatives.

THE ROLE

• Define and evolve architectural standards across Data Platform and Analytics Engineering teams • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to design scalable data solutions • Drive best practices around data modelling, metadata, lineage, observability and data contracts • Support AI-readiness initiatives by ensuring data assets are governed, scalable and accessible • Review new data products and platform changes from an architectural perspective • Establish frameworks and standards to improve consistency across multiple teams • Work closely with engineering teams to influence delivery without being…
