The annual range for this role is $106,000 to $132,500

Purpose and Scope of Job:

Responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and performance of the Gearbox Engineering organization, including Application Engineering, Design Engineering, Backoffice Engineering, Project Management, and Technical Documentation functions. This position ensures all engineering teams operate in alignment with business objectives, providing seamless support to sales, operations, manufacturing, quality, and customers. The Gearbox Engineering Manager drives collaboration across functional groups, establishes performance metrics, monitors departmental effectiveness, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to support growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
