Target Salary Range*: $120,000 - $165,000

Position Overview

The Amatriot Group is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to support and maintain enterprise cloud environments supporting mission-critical applications. This role will focus on AWS infrastructure, Linux administration, cloud security, automation, monitoring, and compliance initiatives within a highly available production environment.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Infrastructure and Systems Administration

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure supporting production and development environments. • Administer and support Linux-based systems within AWS. • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, operating system, networking, and security-related issues.

Cloud Security and Compliance

• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access management, encryption solutions, and system hardening practices. • Support compliance initiatives and security frameworks, including implementation and maintenance of controls aligned with NIST 800-53 requirements. • Assist with Authorization to Operate efforts through continuous monitoring, auditing, and documentation activities.
