Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Data Quality Assurance in our IT team.

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for leading QA activities for enterprise data warehouse data validation, Strategy and Power BI report testing. This role will oversee a QA team, including onshore and offshore team members, and will be accountable for defining, maintaining, and enforcing QA standards, policies, procedures, documentation, and testing best practices.

This role requires strong experience in data warehouse testing, data reconciliation, SQL-based validation, report testing, test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities for enterprise data warehouse, Strategy, and Power BI reporting initiatives.
