The Role

You will join a lean, high-calibre engineering team working directly on the core platform. The role spans backend and frontend, with a natural lean towards the API and service layer ... you will own features end-to-end, from early architecture decisions through to production deployment. The team moves quickly and expects engineers who can operate independently, challenge assumptions, and raise the quality bar without being asked. Prior experience in regulated environments is a genuine advantage; if you understand why data integrity and audit trails matter, you will feel at home here immediately.
