Database and BI Developer

We are seeking a Database & Business Intelligence Developer to help lead the next phase of our reporting and data strategy by developing scalable database solutions, enhancing business intelligence tools, and delivering meaningful insights that support employees, customers, and the communities we serve. This role will be instrumental in helping RiverBank make informed decisions, improve processes, and build for the future.

Job Summary:

The Database & Business Intelligence Developer maintains, administers, develops, and supports the bank's SQL database and related reporting environment. This role ensures the database remains reliable, secure, well-documented, and responsive to business needs; develops and maintains database objects, data feeds, integrations, and reporting structures; produces recurring and ad hoc reporting using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other reporting platforms; and works with business units to turn operational and financial questions into practical reporting and database solutions.
