Data Engineering Lead

The Opportunity

The Data Engineering Lead is responsible for setting and driving the technological vision, architecture, and development practices for data solutions across Technology Solutions. This role provides hands-on technical leadership and strategic oversight across multiple squads, enabling the design and execution of scalable, reusable, and high-quality data products and pipelines. The Lead is a senior technical authority who advances engineering excellence by strengthening CI/CD, automation, and modern data engineering standards. They collaborate with engineering managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into resource, roadmap-aligned data delivery and ensure strong alignment between data needs and enterprise goals. This role requires thought leadership, innovation, and the ability to anticipate and solve complex technical challenges.

What to Expect

• Provide technical leadership for designing scalable, high-quality data platforms, pipelines, integrations, and analytics solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Lead the adoption of CI/CD, test automation, TDD, and engineering best practices across multiple data engineering teams. • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, architectural frameworks, and data management standards. • Drive modernization initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and implementing scalable, reusable, and resilient data solutions. • Integrate AI, machine learning,…
