Lead Financial Systems Analyst

Position Purpose: Responsible for leading the Finance System Analyst team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring project alignment with business goals, and driving the overall direction of financial systems.

• Coordinates daily operations and activities of the team. • Ensures projects are aligned with business objectives, completed on time and within budget. • Provides broader guidance on project management to ensure the overall quality. • Acts as the primary liaison between the Finance department and other departments, including IT. • Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems. • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions. • Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. • Prepares and presents reports to management and stakeholders. • Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment. • Participates in the development and execution of strategic plans for financial systems. • Leads the finance systems product backlog and prioritizes development efforts. • Provides support and mentorship to production support staff assistance with complex issue resolution. • Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their integration. • Support managers to lead cross-functional teams in system implementation and improvement initiatives. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with all policies and standards.
