What you'll do

Docusign has a dedicated Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) that delivers enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions using platforms such as AWS, GEAP, UiPath, CREW AI, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure AI/Document Intelligence. As a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer, you will be a key contributor in scaling Docusign's enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation capabilities. You will work at the intersection of business, engineering, and AI to design, build, and operate resilient Agentic and automation solutions that drive measurable business outcomes with the mix of development and support work.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Principal Engineering Manager, Application Engineering.
