The company is being built from the ground up. We are looking for a specialist to prepare, edit and manage the operational documentation of the Flight Operations Department, including the Operations Manual (OM-A).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and update the Operations Manual (OM-A, OM-B, OM-C, OM-D) and other Flight Operations documents • Develop procedures, instructions, checklists and other operational documents in accordance with the Aviation Rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ICAO standards • Ensure documentation complies with the company's documentation procedures before publication • Manage the document lifecycle and coordinate updates across departments • Prepare Flight Operations documentation for operator certification (AOC) together with department heads • Collect and structure information from Flight Operations specialists and related departments, and coordinate document texts for approval • Ensure a consistent style and structure across documentation, and control terminology and consistency between documents • Maintain version control, revision records and the list of effective document revisions • Prepare documents for interaction with the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the RK • Monitor changes in the legislation of the Republic of…
