An exciting opportunity for an AI Software Engineer to join a large, established organisation with a £180m turnover and 7,500 employees, as the first dedicated employee in a new AI team.

The Role

Working closely with the Director of Data and Business Optimisation, the AI Software Engineer will design, build and deploy AI-powered applications, agents and integrations to improve efficiency across finance, billing, field operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing the infrastructure, development processes and deployment frameworks required to deliver AI applications securely and effectively. • Developing AI-powered applications, agents, APIs and integrations using modern programming languages and large language models. • Integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, finance, CRM, workforce management and other business systems. • Building data pipelines and reporting services to provide reliable, consistent business information. • Implementing effective AI governance,…
