Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain platform infrastructure, including provisioning, patching, scaling, monitoring, and ensuring high availability. • Support technical onboarding by preparing integration requirements, including service accounts, API tokens, access permissions, and firewall configurations. • Serve as the technical point of contact, providing integration guidance and troubleshooting connectivity and authentication issues. • Configure, deploy, and maintain data connectors to enable seamless integration between agency systems and the platform. • Monitor data ingestion pipelines, troubleshoot integration failures, and collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure successful data processing. • Implement and maintain network connectivity, including firewall rules, VPN tunnels, and proxy configurations. • Ensure platform infrastructure complies with government security standards and regulatory requirements. • Monitor platform performance, capacity, and system health, responding to incidents and outages. • Support platform implementation,…
