Site Reliability Engineer (AWS)

Salary: SGD 7000 - 9500 per month

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance a large-scale government platform. You will be responsible for ensuring platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. • Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent tools. • Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs). • Manage incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident improvements. • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. • Manage and optimise containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to improve deployment efficiency and platform stability. • Collaborate with development teams on system architecture, performance optimisation, and capacity planning. • Develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
