ML Engineer for Credit Scoring and Antifraud

Задачи • Build and ship ML models for credit scoring, collection, antifraud, and sales • Work with Collection, Product, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for models to improve business outcomes • Take models from idea to production, then monitor and improve them using real-world data • Own the end-to-end ML model lifecycle, including EDA, feature generation, hypothesis testing, production deployment, and monitoring • Evaluate model performance against business impact and iterate based on findings • Explore and integrate internal and external data sources to identify additional predictive signals • Build models that are scalable, observable, and maintainable in production systems

Требования • 2+ Years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist • Strong foundation in classical ML techniques • Proficiency with Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Statsmodels, and gradient boosting libraries such as XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with version control • Demonstrate ownership and accountability • Будет плюсом: experience in fintech or fast-paced product environments
