Data Scientist / Dashboard Developer We need an experienced Data Scientist / Dashboard Developer to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness (OUSW P&R) CIO Cyber Workforce through a subcontract with Booz Allen Hamilton. This office manages the technology and data behind the Department of War's people, including service members, civilian employees, and military families, and turns that information into insight leaders can act on. In this role, you will analyze data from multiple sources, develop dashboards and visualizations, and turn complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. You will use Qlik, SQL, Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas to shape data, identify trends, and answer questions about organizational and process performance. You will also support data management practices that enable data science, enterprise analytics, and artificial intelligence products, including the secure handling of sensitive personnel data.

RESPONSIBILITIES
