Daikin Applied is seeking a Product Manager. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and commercial growth of DAA’s thermal management product portfolio. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch—aligning market needs, technical execution, and business goals. You will work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and key customers to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient cooling solutions for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments (such as data centers and smart buildings). Your Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the multi-year product roadmap and strategic vision for our thermal management portfolio, liquid cooling systems, and related heat-rejection equipment. • Market & Customer Insights: Conduct voice-of-customer (VoC) research and competitive analysis to identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and unmet customer requirements. • New Product Development (NPD): Translate market demands into detailed product specifications.
