TWG Engineering is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Electrical Distribution to lead engineering teams supporting critical electric utility infrastructure programs for ComEd and other Exelon operating companies.

This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering organization focused on delivering impactful distribution engineering solutions across overhead and underground systems, grid modernization initiatives, reliability programs, and utility infrastructure improvements.

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys mentoring technical teams, and can successfully manage client-facing utility programs from execution through delivery. This position is mostly remote with occasional in-office responsibilities.
