About the Team:

STR’s Intelligence division researches and develops advanced analytics and machine learning-based solutions to solve challenging problems related to national security. Our team consists of passionate and motivated engineers with advanced degrees in engineering, computer science, mathematics and beyond, using their deep technical knowledge and creativity to tackle some of the hardest problems that our customers face. Our projects span different data modalities and incorporate advanced algorithms such as latest in reinforcement agent policy learning, transformer-based information distillation, and AI/ML computer vision solutions. These algorithms operate under challenging constraints not typically found in the commercial world, imparting impact that only our group can deliver to the intelligence community.

The Role:

In the Lead Algorithm Solutions Engineer role, you will leverage your skills in software development and machine learning to develop, implement, and evaluate AI/ML algorithms to make sense of information present in large and/or challenging datasets deployed to the cloud and at the edge.
