We’re looking for a Senior Systems and Network Engineer with strong MSP experience to lead complex troubleshooting, manage advanced infrastructures, and drive improvements across networks, servers, and cloud environments. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our New York City office and a long-term opportunity where your expertise will make a big impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex infrastructure issues • Configure and manage firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless (SonicWall, Meraki, HP, or similar) • Manage network security, including segmentation, IDS/IPS, and content filtering • Administer and improve backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions • Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) • Manage core Windows Server services: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services • Secure user access with MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and role-based access • Manage and improve our MSP tool stack, including RMM, PSA, EDR, and MDR platforms • Build automation and scripts (PowerShell or similar) to reduce manual work and improve operations • Respond to critical alerts, outages, and escalations • Take ownership…
