Director of Business Intelligence

- The ideal candidate combines technical depth, business acumen, and experience scaling high-performing BI teams in a global SaaS environment - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions and translate complex data into clear business value - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred - Working knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM) and their data models, such as Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite - Experience establishing data governance and quality frameworks and delivering measurable results through AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, or productivity improvements - Strong expertise in modern enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, with the ability to guide architecture and technical decisions - Experience managing complex, multi-phase BI programs, competing priorities and budgets in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments - 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or enterprise data management, including at least five years leading technical teams and delivering scalable BI and analytics solutions in a high-growth, global software or SaaS environment
