The Role

As a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics in the Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights organization, you will have the opportunity to mine customer data to drive strategic decisions and transform customer experiences. We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. Candidates must be able to leverage data to inform decisions, synthesize and clearly communicate insights, and apply a customer-first mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning to deliver impactful results.

This role requires a dedicated, committed, and passionate individual who can:

• Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data. • Collect and analyze data / develop insights and reporting capabilities to empower organizational leaders to make value-based prioritization decisions. • Create solutions leveraging deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership across the Digital Transformation organization • Work across diverse skilled teams to find success for Fidelity and our customers. • Have a natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
