As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Process Improvement organization, you will be based in Kalamazoo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA.

Core hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am ET - 5:00 pm ET.

Occasional travel may be required to support key projects, strategic initiatives, and industry conferences.

A Business Analysis Advisor on the C&IB Operations Process Improvement Team leverages process improvement and project management expertise to solve complex problems, improve operational efficiency and manage risk. In this role, you will partner with diverse stakeholders to facilitate and deliver operational and technology improvements by assessing business processes, leading root cause analysis, analyzing data, influencing decision-making, and implementing sustainable process changes.
