Business Analyst

Experience: 2-5 years experience

Location: Newcastle (Must be local, or willing to relocate to Newcastle)

Working pattern: Hybrid- 3 days a week in the Newcastle office

Salary: between £35k-45k dependent on experience level.

We're looking for Business Analysts who enjoy turning business needs into clear, actionable requirements and working closely with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements • Producing user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria • Supporting Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle • Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges • Assisting with solution validation, testing and implementation activities • Using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio and Miro

What we're looking for

• Experience in business analysis within technology or change environments • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Understanding of Agile delivery • Experience producing high-quality analysis artefacts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
