Your Role... ReSource Pro is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to uncover, interpret, and translate complex client needs into highly configured solutions across our full business ecosystem - spanning Business Process Management, Technology, Consulting, Analytics, and AI/Agentic Operations. This role sits at the center of how ReSource Pro designs and prices its most important deals, working across carrier, MGA, and broker segments. Solution Architects are deployed from a shared pool by deal complexity rather than vertical alignment -going where the work is hardest.
