Senior Analytics Engineer

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) who will take full ownership of our supply data and turn it into reliable, ready-for-analysis datasets. You’ll partner with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Supply stakeholders to make sure everyone works from the same clean source of truth

At Supply Data Solutions, we build end-to-end data-driven decision-making tools. These solutions work in sync to guide daily operations in the Supply Unit at ABOUT YOU, supporting Pricing & Steering, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management.

You will:

• Identify overlapping data needs across forecasts, optimisation, and reporting, and create reusable mart tables. • Simplify existing transformations so downstream teams never rebuild the same logic. • Build and monitor pipelines (Python + GCP) and keep them healthy. • Document everything - schemas, lineage, and data contracts. • Guard the platform: manage IAM roles, data-access boundaries, cost monitoring, performance tuning, and data validity checks. • Mentor junior analysts and raise SQL skills across the whole Supply. • 3+ years of professional analytics engineering experience (or similar), with a track record of turning messy operational data into governed analytics layers. • Advanced SQL skills, routinely writing complex CTEs, window functions, and query optimisation. • Strong Python skills for ETL and orchestration, alongside hands-on experience with GCP, BigQuery, Git, and CI/CD. • Methodically analyse complex, tangled systems and…
