They match experienced operators (engineering leaders, CTOs, marketers and more) as coaches with managers and leaders at leading tech companies. What you'll own

• New AI features built on foundation models, from zero, designed to adapt, be reused and grow • Agent experiences that turn what coaches know and how they work into something members genuinely use • Pipelines and integrations with the work and learning tools people already rely on • Shipping often, making the trade-offs, and helping colleagues get better at AI and data

What you bring

• Roughly 8–10 years as a full-stack engineer with strong product instincts • AI and data features live in production, used by real people.
