What you will be doing

You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business expectations. Working closely with QA, Testing, Architecture, and Engineering teams, you will ensure that functional designs align with technical capabilities and business objectives.

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications • Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality • Collaborate with technology teams to align solution designs • Recommend enhancements to improve system effectiveness
