Job Overview This role leads the team behind the AI platforms the whole enterprise relies on — the GenAI tools people use every day — and the self-service AI assistants’ employees reach for first when they need IT or HR help. It also owns something most platform roles do not: whether any of it gets used. Training, communications, line-of-business enablement, and the champion network sit on this team alongside the roadmap, so a release and the ability to use it land together.

That means real scope: multiple best-in-class platforms, one gateway, the models beneath them, the cost that keeps it all sustainable, the shared library where teams publish and reuse what has already been built, and the assistants that resolve employee requests in seconds instead of tickets.
