About the Role

The AI Deployment Engineer is a newly created, growth-oriented role on Network Coverage's Innovation team and the primary technical resource for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions across customer environments and internal NetCov initiatives. The role works primarily in Hatz AI while also supporting the Microsoft Co-Pilot and Anthropic Claude ecosystems, and is instrumental in scaling NetCov's AI service offerings while upholding security, data governance, and customer satisfaction standards.

Accountabilities

Deployment & Implementation

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using the Hatz AI platform as the primary solution • Assess customer data sources and requirements to determine solution architecture, and establish secure, compliant data pipelines connecting customer systems to AI workflows • Serve as the active deployment resource for customer AI requests, executing technical implementations of AI Agents, Workflows, and Applications in production environments

Multi-Platform AI Expertise
