iCIMS Integrations Developer

We are looking for a skilled iCIMS Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing iCIMS solutions for our client project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our talent acquisition platform, integrating it with other systems, and ensuring optimal performance to support our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet business requirements. • Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS and other HR systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance management platforms. • Customize workflows, forms, and templates within iCIMS to optimize user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR teams and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the iCIMS platform, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations. • Stay updated with iCIMS product updates, new features, and best practices. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members. • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

Qualifications:
