Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Duck Creek product roadmap and backlog. • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. • Act as the key liaison between business and delivery teams. • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demos. • Drive feature prioritization, product releases, and UAT activities. • Ensure alignment of Duck Creek capabilities with business objectives. • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and/or Claims. • Deep understanding of P&C insurance processes. • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst. • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong stakeholder management and backlog prioritization skills. • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and insurance ecosystem applications.

Preferred Skills:
