Senior Data Engineer (PPM Operations)

As a Senior PPM Operations & Data Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Project Server / Project Online environment. You will support project managers, project controllers, resource managers, and business leaders by ensuring the platform is reliable, secure, and aligned with PMO standards.

It also develops reporting solutions, automates business processes, and supports technical integrations that improve portfolio visibility, data quality.

You will report to Sr. Manager, Systems & Analytics. You will work in hybrid model - 2 day per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

PPM Administration & Governance

Administer and maintain Microsoft Project Server / Project Online, Microsoft Project Professional, and Project Web App (PWA).

Configure and maintain enterprise project types, workflows, custom fields, lookup tables, enterprise calendars, security permissions, and resource pools.

Manage system enhancements, upgrades, testing, releases, and issue resolution.

Provide user support, training materials, user guides, and guidance on PMO standards.…
