Home based with occasional travel to Solihull/Worcester office

£58,382 - £64,869 per annum (depending on experience)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a creative and forward-thinking Senior Data Engineer to join our brilliant Information & Data Architecture Team and manage the ongoing evolution and innovation of the group's cloud and on-premises data stores, analysis tools, data modelling and other technological capabilities in line with organisational policy and regulatory guidelines.

This is a great time to join the team as you will also play a key role in system consolidation and data migration as we adopt a more modern approach to data via Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

As our Senior Data Engineer, you'll:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish requirements and agree solutions • Be innovative and creative, looking for solutions and capabilities which improve and extend the use of data within the organisation. • Define, plan and undertake the extraction, manipulation and integration of enterprise data to support data and analysis related solutions • Create ETL routines, dashboards, visualisations, analysis and reports • Perform data analysis to verify the integrity and usage of data • Communicate any blocks, risks, assumptions,…
