Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to optimize our enterprise systems and drive process improvements across our business operations. In this role, you will analyze, configure, and provide support for Netsuite, Coupa, Hubspot and other related tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis: Analyze business processes, configuration, master data and workflows, SuiteScripts to identify improvement opportunities within the business systems tools. Process improvement of the existing processes as necessary. Experience in manufacturing with a focus on automotive industry is preferred • Domain: Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is preferred with knowledge of inventory and warehouse management • Systems administration: Configure and support our ERP business systems software, setup data, test E2E process steps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
