Regional Head of IT (Logistics)

Salary: $15,000 – $18,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritise, and deliver the Company IT project roadmap for Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics, aligned with business priorities, operational needs, customer requirements, measurable improvement targets, and global corporate policies. • Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, including scope definition, business requirements, solution design, implementation planning, budget control, risk management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. • Guide the organisation’s AI journey by identifying practical use cases, supporting adoption, and ensuring responsible implementation across the business. • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, billing, customer service, reporting, and administrative workflows through system enhancements, automation, integration, and process redesign. • Lead the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of core logistics platforms, including CargoWise, warehouse management systems, Salesforce, customer portals, integration platforms, reporting tools, and related operational applications. • Translate operational and commercial requirements into practical IT solutions that improve productivity, data accuracy, customer visibility, compliance, billing efficiency, user experience, and service reliability. • Establish project governance disciplines, including project charters, milestone tracking,…
