Director, Analytics

We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Director, Analytics to set the vision for measurement and analytics across key accounts, lead client relationships, and scale data-driven solutions that improve media effectiveness and business performance. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with clients, strategists, planners, and data partners to design measurement frameworks, lead advanced analytics projects, and elevate the role of data within our organization. This is both a hands-on and leadership role, ideal for someone who is as comfortable diving into the data as they are leading conversations with senior clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a deep understanding of the client's strategic issues, initiatives, and competitive positions. Use this information to measurement frameworks and reporting roadmaps • Ensure that analytics efforts lead to clear, compelling and actionable insights; and insightful narratives are constructed through sophisticated analytics techniques • Create and support executive level presentations and analysis of analytic and data solutions to support client needs • Oversee the development of dashboards, campaign performance reports, and advanced measurement (e.g., brand health, incrementality, A/B testing, etc.). • Translate data/results into compelling and actionable insights; constructing insightful narratives through sophisticated analytic techniques • Ensure timely follow through on all…
