UX Designer (Seller Experience)

Задачи • Lead design for key parts of the seller and expert experience, from discovery through launch and improvement • Use customer research, behavioural data and business insights to identify needs and design opportunities • Turn ambiguous customer problems into clear journeys, concepts, prototypes and design plans • Explore and test ideas with customers and colleagues, using findings to improve the experience • Create interaction and interface designs, prototypes and service flows that make complex tasks clear and intuitive • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, UX Writers and other designers to shape and deliver solutions • Connect customer needs with business goals and technical constraints to help the team make sound trade-offs • Contribute to design systems and shared patterns that create coherent experiences across Catawiki • Share design rationale, incorporate feedback and help stakeholders reach clear decisions • Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and test assumptions when they help solve customer problems
