Data and experimentation play a central role in their decision-making, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences through intelligent search and recommendation capabilities. The Role and Deliverables

• Improve search ranking and recommendation performance across a large-scale digital platform. • Design, build, and evaluate new search and sort order methodologies to optimise relevance and customer engagement. • Develop and apply learning-to-rank and machine learning approaches to improve search outcomes. • Run A/B tests, analyse results, and measure performance against key business metrics including conversion, click-through rate, and revenue impact. • Build dashboards and reporting tools to communicate experiment outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders. • Deploy machine learning solutions into production environments and support ongoing optimisation.

Your Skills & Experience
